What we fix
Spring replacement is the call we get most. Torsion and extension springs hold a lot of tension, so it’s one repair to leave to a technician.
- Broken torsion and extension springs
- Frayed or snapped lift cables that leave the door hanging crooked
- Doors that have come off the track
- Dented or cracked panels, repaired or replaced
- Openers that won’t respond, whether chain, belt, screw drive or jackshaft
- Worn rollers and hinges that make the door loud
- Bottom, side and top weather seals
- Safety sensors, logic boards and travel limits
- Keypads and remotes that need programming or a new receiver

Same day and after hours
Most repairs can be booked for the same day or the next morning. Our vans carry the parts we use most, so a lot of jobs are done in one visit.
If your door is stuck open at midnight, or a loading bay won’t close at the end of a shift, call us. You’ll hear the emergency call-out fee before anyone is sent.
How a repair visit works
You call or book online and tell us what the door is doing. The technician inspects it and gives you a price before starting. When the repair is done, they run the door through a full cycle and test the safety reverse. Parts and labour come with a warranty, and the terms are on your quote.
Homes and businesses
We repair residential doors, commercial sectional doors and rolling steel doors. Homeowners can read more about residential garage door repair. If you run a warehouse, shop or plant, see commercial garage door repair.
Common questions
Can I open the door myself if a spring breaks?
Please don’t. With a broken spring the door is far heavier than it looks, and a spring under tension can cause serious injury. Leave it closed and call us.
Is there an extra charge for nights and weekends?
There’s an emergency call-out fee for after-hours visits. We tell you the amount on the phone before we send a technician.
Do you fix doors you didn’t install?
Yes. We repair all makes and models.
