ThermoCraft is an insulated steel garage door from Steel-Craft Door Products, a Canadian manufacturer. It’s built with polyurethane foam between two galvanized steel skins, and it comes in two versions. The T-12 is the entry model, and the T-16 has more insulation and more colour choices.

Which one should you pick?
If the garage is unheated and you want a clean white door, the T-12 does the job. If you heat the garage, use it as a workshop, or have a room above it, the extra insulation in the T-16 is worth it. It’s also the one to choose if you want a colour other than white.

Steel-Craft offers 15 window designs for the ThermoCraft, including Plain, Frosted, Sunburst, Stockton, Cascade, Colonial, Somerton, Stockbridge, Wynbridge, Ridgewood, Somerview, Stanton, Waterton, Regal and Royal. Plain lites come in single-pane or insulated thermopane glass, and there are clear, satin and textured glass options.
